You are more likely to be believed if you go to a hospital or police station, report the incident and be examined by a nurse who will collect evidence that can be used in court. Witnesses who may have seen the attacker will add credibility to your case.

I wish you luck....

You have to have a medical exam from an emergency clinic immediately after the rape....and they take the evidence and prove it for you.

You cannot wait.

Call the police and report it immediately, please....otherwise it will destroy you. They have domestic violence centers in most cities....and sometimes the police can get you the help you need. If you know the name of the person, please give this to the police, with as much evidence...clothing from that time and such for the police.

Now take care of yourself and please get the some people to help you.

You have to have a police/doctor's report. It is best to get to the hospital ASAP so they can collect any DNA so they can match against the person you are accusing. There are many men in prison for rape that are innocent so be careful.

You need to report the vicious attack to the police. If it is after the fact, and no physical evidence is available any longer, that will make your lawyers job much tougher. Good luck.

No, - you don't need proof. Your innocent until proven guilty.

Just be careful of "extenuating circumstances"

IOW, - could a reasonable man (or now woman), reasonable believe you are guilty??

Later...
sorry.. I guess you're the woman, the 'proof' is on you.

I would think that you would need proof...and the ability to communicate with clarity. Live and learn.
