You have "whistle blower" rights. You have not only the right but also the duty to expose things that are illegal in your workplace.

Report the employer to the State Wage and Labor board if it is your paycheck that is bouncing. Also report to the police, as that is fraud and theft.

You mean they are kiting checks to pay you with? This is clearly illegal. Report to the higher-ups in the company, and get an attorney.

Sue for your money... just make sure you have timecards or statements that say you have worked for them and show them you are earning so much from that company. Make sure you have all you need then go after them.... you worked for it so you desevre it.

report the person doing it, to thier boss.

Report them to the police. ( and find a new job)
