There is no cure for a pedophile,thoughts will always be there.One cannot wipe out thoughts or images in ones mind unless they are dead or in coma.

I don't know if your information is correct, because I have read that counselors who work with sex offenders have had more success than in the past.
I have read that while there is no cure for pedophiles, not all pedophiles act on their impulses. In other words, there are many pedophiles in society and only a few or even many actually act out. The others either supress their urges or seek counseling before it gets overwhelming.
Also, I believe that experts distinguish between pedophiles and those who have sex with teens. There are big differences.

Way too tough of a question. Obviously some feel there is a cure, but prison surely isn't that. I honestly do not know how to help them, but I know how to help there next victim. Get rid of them before their is one. Operation or not, they could still harm children.

In my opinion, there is a "cure" for pedophiles. And when carried out, there would be absolutely no chance of a repeat offense.
Unfortunately, the ACLU and their nut bag liberal followers would rather defend the pedophile than the child.

I honestly feel they should just excute the pedophiles ......it would be a lot easier and would be less harmful to children then just turning these peole loose after 6 months or a year
