Liberals say that on the issue of abortion that conservatives need to stop trying to push their morals on them. In this case the moral is about killing unborn children.

BUT...

Liberals want us to pay more into welfare, a possible national health care system, and more taxes on the rich to help the poor. Isn't giving to charities a moral issue as well? 'Charity' is what its called when you collect cans of food as school for the homeless. 'Toys for tots' is a charity to give to unfortunate children. So isn't using our taxes to give others money/foodstamps/... forcing us to have the moral to give to the 'needy'.

I am a Pennsylvania resident. My ID was stolen back in September of 2004 and two mortgages were taken out in my name down in Florida.

I was served a summons in March 2005 for failure to make payments on one of the homes. This was the first that I knew of this mortgage. I hired a lawyer to handle the case for me and he did nothing, but put me in a worse situation. The case went to court, the home foreclosed upon and a judgment entered against me in August 2005.

Since that time, I've cut off ties with the lawyer and have been trying to handle on my own. I've been cleared of the one mortgage and am seeking advice as to how to get the other case reopened and the judgment overturned.

I've tried to contact the judge with all of my paperwork showing that I was a victim of ID theft and the supporting documents (bank statements, letters of clearance, etc.) and she said that there was nothing that she could do.

Does anyone know how to get the case reopened and judgment overturned?

Thanks

So the appendix suggests sending blood and minerals to the leg in hope that the disease will decide to stop spreading and will just go away.
The other body parts aren't to happy with this but what do they do?
The only thing they know is that if the disease is left the body will cease to be.
The disease cannot hide in any other body part apart from the leg.
The heart suggests that the whole leg should be taken off and destroyed. That way it is for sure the disease is gone forever. However this will leave a permenant scar on the body -but the body is still alive.

So the options
A) Leave it and die
B) Try and make friends with the disease and die
C) Cut off the leg, sadky sacrificing the not so bad foot and ankle but freeing the body of disease forever???

Would you be able to sue them for emotional distress or recovering funds lost (paying for two households, attorneys fees from the divorce, etc.) that would have been theirs upon the death of both parents in the event the marriage would have lasted? Does anyone know of any cases where this has happened?

Do not take this question literally - just try and find the moral.
A disease is present in your upper leg, it is slowly killing you.
One day, if left untreted it will kill you. The problem is that the diseease carrying cells can hide themselves anywhere in the leg. The only time you can tell where they are is after they have just infected another cell, when it is too late. All the other body parts hold a meeting on how to deal with this. The foot, ankle and lower leg - all close relations of the upper leg - state emphatically that they are not diseased themselves, even though the disease can hide amongst them. They know they are under suspicion but they vow to be vigilant as much as they can. Most of the other body parts know this is pretty useless, as the disease infects new cells each day.The outspoken appendix (thats the sit-on-the fence, left wing but essentially useless body part) says that the rest of the body should send extra blood and minerals to the leg. TBC - Dont reply yet
