NO SEX IS NOT ILLEGAL FOR UNMARRIED COUPLE BUT THE MUST HAVE COMPLETED THE AGE OF 18 YEARS.

first answer is no it's not illegal to have sex before marriage but maybe immoral
it's not illegal to book the room but some hotels reserve the right to refuse the room in they desire to maintain a good reputation.
hence the term "sleezy motel" were the ones that keep guests that were unmarried. it is not as prominate today as it was at one time.

Not illegal. Yes unmarried people can stay in the same hotel room.

No way it's not illegal. You have to be 21 or over with a credit card. Some places just want a cash deposit instead of the credit card and in some places you only have to be 18. You also have to have a valid ID. Simple as that. I dunno where you heard it's illegal for two people to have sex and not be married but thats BS. Iv'e rented motel rooms for a year and a half with my boyfriend and not once did they ask if we were married. How would the cops know your doing such a thing anyways?!

This is a question you could answer for yourself. But since you are asking, I presume you are still young to know it. I advice you to wait for the right age and marry, then you will have all the love you need. and no need to sneaking to hotels and paying for an hour of pleasure there.

go ahead and enjoy do what u want have sex,stay in hotel room or whatever u like. only make sure u are above 18 ( both of u ) dont worry about what other people say, ur life is ur own

the only thing marrige does is make it so if you hit the other person it is spouse abuse if you have sex with someone else it is considered an affair and you can file for taxes as a married couple so you get deductions and stuff. you can have sex whenever you want with whoever you want and it isnt illagle unless they are underage or your paying for it and you can stay in a hotell room with whoever you want even if it was a smelly hobo you met on the street.

If it is, there will never be enough jails for those who break the law. One person signs in at the hotel and indicates 2 people will be in the room. Unless one or both of you are underage, there should be no problem.

Are you serious? There is no law banning premarital sex. If you are of age (18) with a valid credit card in your name you and whoever you want can get a hotel room

Actually there are in some states still laws on the books against it, but all have been declared void.
The only exception is when it is done for money
