Otherwise you can apply to see your kids through the courts without a lawyer but i can only advise if i know th circumstances and i deal with canadian law.

Its your legal right as a parent to see your children, unless there are other circumstances involved, like the court said there would be no visitation rights.
If you don't have the money, maybe you could look up a legal aid lawyer in your area and find out what could be done.

Depending on which state you live in, you can get free legal aid at the Department of Human Services. If you have paid child support, or if you are attempting to pay, then you have a right to your children. You can also represent yourself, but that can go bad. Good luck.

I would look into public courts. They are pretty reasonable. You have every right to your children. She cannot stop you from seeing them. You can possibly talk to a lawyer for legal advice for free and they can probably recommend someone you can afford. Good luck and I hope you get to see your kids! God Bless!

1st, do you have any violent background?
2nd, how often you send child support to your child?
3rd, do you have any serious criminal background that may consider a risk to the child.

If 3 of the above is no, you may have a chance.
My advice to you to be patience continue to negotiate.
If you've one or more the above mention. Walk away and move on
if you're a lose cannon. Let go if you love them. They will find you in the future if they love you.

If you have visitation rights in your divorce papers, you can go to court and get them enforced probably in family court. Depending on your income, legal aid might be able to help.
