So the appendix suggests sending blood and minerals to the leg in hope that the disease will decide to stop spreading and will just go away.
The other body parts aren't to happy with this but what do they do?
The only thing they know is that if the disease is left the body will cease to be.
The disease cannot hide in any other body part apart from the leg.
The heart suggests that the whole leg should be taken off and destroyed. That way it is for sure the disease is gone forever. However this will leave a permenant scar on the body -but the body is still alive.

So the options
A) Leave it and die
B) Try and make friends with the disease and die
C) Cut off the leg, sadky sacrificing the not so bad foot and ankle but freeing the body of disease forever???

Ok...first of all...this is not really so clear cut in the medical world. You would try antibiotics, antivirals, radiation, chemo etc. If all else fails then they would consider removing the leg. Also you would not free the body from disease forever just by cutting the leg off because you will always fight off bacteria and viruses. The majority of people actually die from disease...so it would also depend on the age of the body and how much life they have left. The decision is also left up to the body and not to me. ask the brain...they can decide.

i would have to say C because what is the point in the whole body dying for the sake of the leg.........I'm sure thats what the leg would suggest too
