Stop posting the same question over and over again. I answered it already. Leave your wife if you can't stand living with her. If it's abusive, you'd pack your bags and find a better life. Otherwise, stop sitting around in your undies at the computer trying to figure out how to get back at her!

Even Video is suspect in a courtroom now, Film is still sorta reliable. Got a witness? that helps alot.
In one case that I attended, A was accused of abusing B, B had a witness, the son. A had a better attorney, not a more expensive one, just better. Outcome was that the witness could not be relied upon to give unbiased testimony, A wins.
Verbal Abuse, although harsh and ofttimes cruel, is a matter between individuals.
It was once proved in a Court of Law, that a all women did not possess the mental abilities to cast a vote. It was later proved in a court that women did have this ability. It was once proven in a Court that a certain man killed a certain woman, that man was later released after the facts of the case were proven and that the man was innocent.
What I am saying is that its a 50/50 deal. Facing a good Litigator, you can prove any fact you wish, and the litigator can prove that it is not a fact. A judge will look at it and say, this is a case of he said, she said, a wise judge will advice you to separate and sever all ties, divorce, move on and be happy.
Cut to the chase, court costs to prove he called claimed you had cooties, too much, cost to the taxpayers, too much. If you win, someone is still gonna make money other than you.
If you lose, someone is still gonna get money, other than you.
If the one you promised to honor and love and all that stuff to is a butt-head, get a divorce. Or don't.

The tape woud not be admitted in a criminal trial without voice analysis to prove the voices are authentic but can be used in a civil trial, like a divorce hearing without so much drama.
But better than a tape is a witnesses to the verbal abuse. Verbal abusers usually will get nasty anytime or any place. So its possible you may have a neighbors, friends or even his ex-friends who has witnessed him at his worst and are willing to make a sworn statement.

EYE Witness..........If he is threatening you, start with an restraining order..........or a simple phone call to the police........as long as you have some documentation in the system it will work out.........Sorry this is not an legal answer.........it is common sense.......if you want a more profound answer, contact the police or a lawyer.........remember lawyers do assist with free consultations.

No. He could even threaten you but until he actually acts you cannot report it. You can however have eye witnesses to his abuse!
