It would not be "leagal and binding", at least not if you are in the US. You cannot sign those types of rights away.

no
paid or unpaid servant?
if unpaid no, though it may be notorized, that in itsaelf does not deem it a valid contract. Many of pre-nup has been thrown out due to restrictions and limits deemed so to the other spouse, that or the other spouse ha sno legal representation of said pre-nup and thus ruled invalid
if paid as a servant, to what capcity? like butler? and even then there is the tax issue, should she just 1099 you she'ld be in trouble for failing tp pay taxes on wages unless she could prove your an independant contractor unde the IRS guidelines of definition of an independant contractor

Only if she were paying you. Slavery is illegal. Just a side note here, if you showed your wife that you were her servant rather than just going the all the BS of writing it down, getting it witnessed and notarized, I'm sure she would be happier. Your over abundance of theatrics would show me how insincere you really are.

Yes, it's a written contract. I'm not sure how a court would feel about it... but it would be a legally binding agreement.

Absolutely

you can contract out your labour, but you can't contract out your liberty or life. You can be her servant but not her slave.

No--there is no consideration on her part (she has not promised to do something or refrain from something)
