No, you do not have to leave the house when it is shown to prospective buyers. They have to call you and give you notice of when they are showing. They cannot just barge in on you. They also have to show during certain hours, something like no earlier than 9:00 a.m. or after 9:00 p.m. If it just is not a good time for you to show the house, you don't have to. Just be sure you do have a good excuse like all the kids are sick or you just sat down to a dinner with company. They have to respect that.
If the house is sold while you are still living there, the new owner has to abide by whatever your lease says with the old owner. The new owner cannot evict you because he/she bought the house. After your lease is honored, he/she can do whatever, but they still have to give you a minimum of 30 days to vacate OR whatever your lease states.

No, unless the lease says so, however, do you really want to watch people looking at your things and making rude comments? Leave for an hour when the landlord asks you to, unless it is past your children's bed time. He has to be considerate as well.
