It's a scam to get your personal information from you. If you respond, there will start asking for your bank account information, etc. They might ask for a "processing fee" to get the money to you. It is a total scam. Thing about it for a minute: did you enter any foreign lotteries? Probably not. I get about about a dozen of these emails per week and they all go into my spam folder.

check it out i think it is false.use your computor and type their name into it.
