Allows the government to execute all rapists, pedophiles, and murderers? If I was President, I would make a bill allowing all the above to be gassed to death in prisoner camps in the scorching heat in Texas, or they could be dragged behind a car on rough pavement in a city. We could put their heads on stakes in public to scare all potential criminals. I love those ideas.

Innocent until proven guilty in a court of law but, how many convicted rapists, murderers and pedophiles have been proven innocent AFTER the've spent years in prison.
God will take care after the fact nad man can imprison until that time.
What if we were wrong? Then whoul you be sent to death for sending an innocent to death?

i agree. they must be proven guilty with out a dought. it would suck if they we innocent. when that law passed i will be the first in line to watch the guy that should have been my father be put away.
