Yes, all new cellphones have a GPS chip in them. Specifically designed for if and when 9-1-1 is dialed.

OK, you see that little clock time on the cell phone? Constantly corrected by the Tower Signals.

You get calls, and it rings? Then the cellphone is in constant tracking contact with the towers, usually three.

Three towers also record the date, time, and signal strength. Constantly.

That is called triangulation and tracking. It is all recorded. If you own a phone and keep it on you, it is like those electronic anklets used for house arrest.

Sure, any third party wants the info, they'll supposedly need a warrant, if it is to be allowed in Court. But, some of us can track you by your phone account, which is your number.

Big Brother is watching you 24/7/365, so, be afraid, be very afraid.

That is how all the Talliban and Terrorists were targeted (even in the caves of Dora Bora), until they stopped using the cell phones!

Of course. Your location can be reconstructed with ease going back at least three years at every point your cell phone is on and able to get a signal. For that matter, so can be your email records and internet activity. To borrow a quote from George Orwell, "even to go for a walk by yourself [is] always slightly dangerous."

Yes. But it requires a title III warrant to do so legally unless you are the cell provider.
