Have you seen today's Yahoo news about Donald Trump and the Flag? It says that he put up a very tall flag on the front of his home in Florida. Some "official" there, says he has to remove it, because it looks like a car dealers lot! He'll be fined $250. a day until he does! Trump's reply was that "any one in office who feels that way about our flag, shouldn't be in office".
Agree or diasagree??? (personally, I agree with Trump!)

US and the entire world is aware that Pakistan is responsible and/or very much involved in the terrorist activities in Kashmir and India - but they do not say it openly. US is playing the double game of maintaining friendly relations with India and at the same time it does not want to hurt Pakistan. They need Pakistan's active support for their highhandedness in Iraq and Afghanistan. Why UN is a silent spectator. When US bombarded Iraq, why no one has questioned ? Is it that US is a super power ? India can only solve all these instabilities by becoming itself a powerful country - not by mite but by spiritualism. I wish that all the spiritual leaders in the country should now make vigorous efforts to turn our politicians and reform their minds so that the party in power can bring universal peace. India should ask Pakistan to vacate its illegal occupied Kashmir before going for any peace talks with them.

I was accused for federal criminal case of smaggling cigarette to other states. According to the guide line. I will be punished for 5 years in the jail. However, my lawyer charged me 25,000 retainer fee and not did anything at all. I went to the court for 5 times. DA always said she didn't have enough time to read the file and postpond the court date again and again. After one year waiting, I finally got a peal bargain from the DA, which was instead of 5 years jail time, she gave me 4 years. I talked to my lawyer that this was not the peal bargain deal at all and asked him to re-bargain. He said this is the deal only that we couldn't bargain again and push me go for trial which cost 80,000 that he wanted me to pay upfront. I couldn't affort it. Therefore, I changed another chinese lawyer who is charging me less money. How can I make them speed up my case? Also, can Judge pay more attention for my case? How can I prove to DA or Judge that I am innoence?where can I search for similiar case?

I've never thought of myself as a racist, because one of my best friends is a black woman. But I live in constant fear of black men, even boys. Here in South Africa a woman gets raped every 26 seconds, usually by a black man. Nearly as many people, white as well as blacks, get murdered every day. Two days ago an old woman of 92 I knew was attacked while sleeping, then raped for hours before a convicted murderer, who was out on parole, and his fifteen year old partner beat her to death. This is not the exception but the rule. Most murders is commited in the cruelest way possible. Like the four security guards who was thrown in the back of their van by their black attackers, set alight and left screaming and begging while they burnt to death. And the eighty year old farmer who's achilles' tendons was cut before his murderers put him out of his misery. His wife was first raped and then stabbed numerous times before leaving to bleed to death. Am I wrong to be scared to death?

I hear a lot of people saying how Texas and the Southwest was part of Mexico ... (I am Spanish living in Texas and I would love to see Texas be part of Spain). ....

For all you that say Texas (California and the Southwest) was stolen from Mexico remember Mexico (and the southwest) was stolen from Spain first...

So Texas is not part of Mexico it is part of Spain!

Also we Spaniards stole all of it from the natives along with our friends the Dutch, British, French and Portuguese ....

My question is why don't we give up this stolen land crap and just say it all belongs to Spain!

So, anyways there is this guy who lives in my apartment complex who deals bud. I'm not a big smoker but I do appreciate the occasional cheeba. Anyways, he is always skimpy and doesn't hook it up really fat, or at least reasonable, which really pisses me off a lot. One day I got so pissed when I was up there (and kinda drunk), I snatched his digital camera out of spite. I don't think its worth more than $100 max, but should I really feel bad???

I think it should, because it would mean politicians would be leading by example.

How can they expect the different groups of society to integrate if they, the political parties will not even entertain the idea of ruling integratively??
