I AM GETTING SOME ANSWERS WHIHC ARE BLAMING THE RELIGION AND I DONT LIKE TO HURT ANY RELIGION OR ITS FOLLOWERS. Islamic Criminology is bound within 6th century Arabian values which can be interpreted by only the Islamic clergies. That is its greatest weakness. As a result any thing done in the name of Quran and Allah is not a crime. But in a civil society crime and punishment have different connotations and applications. Therefore, its universality is doubtful.

There are 5 forms of punishment as per Islam. They are as follows.
1. Qisas/ Kisa or retaliation. it means eye for an eye, tooth for a tooth.
2. Diya or Blood money. payment of compensation to the victims family.
3. Hadd or boundary or limit. the judge must award a fixed punishment and has no discretion.
4. Tazeer or discretionary punishment. the judge enjoys complete discretion in awarding the punishment.
5. Siyasat or punishment awarded by the king, keeping in mind the public interest.

Islam is 100% criminalised by its followers mainly because of its religious leaders. I do not blame muslims. They may be nice and peace loving people as from any other religion. It is their religious leaders in different capacities or designations rather denominations spoil criminalise islam.

The moment Muslims start punishing such cheif's of madrassas, mosques etc. the will fold their tail and keep quite. They are the root cause of all prolems. It is they who instigate viol;ence and misinterprete the quran and misguide the youth for their selfish interests.

Can anyone tell me other than Islam is there any religion and its leaders preach violence and jehad. Shame Muslims must wakew up.

Criminalogy in Islaam?

As per the Islamic Laws and as
per their Holy Book- Quraan
Shefirr, there is no chapter
dedicated for Criminology.

As per Shariat, there is no word
like crime and punishment.
Any thing you do is justified,
including killing innocent people.
You only have to say "Jehad",
and the Allah will pardon you.

After each criminal act (as per
other society) you offer Namaaz.

You can divorce(desert) your wife for no
fault of her, if you utter " Talak,
Talak, Talak", immediately. The
children belongs to her and no
maintenance to be paid to her.
For such an act you do not offer
special Namaaz.

Even if you utter Talak, thrice
during dreams, while asleep,
the divorce remains valid.

You can marry several women,
without any permission from
your existing wife/wives or
parents or existing children.

In Islaam, it is not your duty
to provide food to your children,
as it is the duty of Allah to
provide food.

In Islaam, the killing of father
is allowed. In Indian History,
several Mughhal Rulers killed
their father.

In Islaam, when you want to kill
an animal for food, you have to
love it first and keep it as a pet in
your house and feed it the best
food before slowly cutting its
food pipe and then oxygen pipe
to let her die with all the pain
and shivering.

Cruelty is the first thing that is
taught in Islaam, so there is nothing
criminal in Islaam.

If father in law rapes the daughter
in law, she becomes the father in laws'
wife, as per Islaamic laws. Imraana
is such an unfortunate wife in India,
who was forced to accept such Fatwa.

or illegal and the relationship as void.

Some countries follow eye for eye,
hand for hand, burka for different religious
minded women as compulsory (Saudi
Arabia).

IN ISLAAM, AND AS PER QURAAN SHERIFF, IT IS THE DUTY OF THE IMAM OF A MASJID OR PRINCIPAL OF A MADARSA
TO TEACH AND GIVE DEGREES TO WORK LIKE MAULAVIS,
AND ALL ARE TRAINED OR TAUGHT TO INTERPRETE THE LAWS OF ISLAAM IN DIFFERENT AND CONTRADICTORY WAYS, TO SUIT ALL THE MUSLIMS. THEY HAVE ABOUT 40 MILLION SUCH MAULAVIS ALL OVER THE WORLD TO PREACH SUCH TEACHINGS. IT IS AGAIN UNWRITTEN
