... or should we be self-satisfied thanks to mass media manipulation that consolidates us in the idea that the action of our government is fair?
In short: Are you ready to see our country invading Iran, to protect our accesses to oil, and to slow down the economic growth of China?...
This is simply a Machiavelic hypothesis

I am angry with the minority getting their way and we as a majority have to now change our way of thinking and watch what we say or go to jail. Example is the homosexuals. They are a minority and now I have to be careful what I say, like, I believe homosexuality is wrong, but if I say it in certain areas of my city or I want to put up a billboard saying it is wrong(my opinion), I can be charged with a hate crime. What ever happened to free speech? Free speech is only for the minority, now.

The motion is won and is signed by the Judge and becomes a new court order.
Can the other person OBJECT to this court order.
Or is their failure to appear pretty much a "to bad to sad situtation - you loose?" You should have came to court? What if they claim they never received notice of the court date?

Hello everyone,

I am looking for a little help on a matter. My employer mistakenly over reimbursed me for moneys related to parking. From Jan to June I had pretax money withdrawn for parking on each paycheck. Every other paycheck I had an addition of reimbursable for the parking. After the end of June, the deductions stopped, but the reimburses continued. Does my employer now have a right to deduct this money from my paycheck to reclaim it?

Thank you for any help,

Chris
