If it is on a credit card ( not atm card) you contact the credit card company and report the fraud, you should not have to pay for any of the false charges to them.

Of course I am sure you will find this firm is from some 3rd world nation with no US representitive, so I bet there is no one to sue.

Talk to your credit card company and report these as fradulent charges and refuse to pay. Also contact your state attorney general and/or the Better Business Bureau to look into this matter further. You are probably not the only one in this situation.

First, thank you for not itemizing the airline, credit card corporation, and so on. I loathe commercialism, and, to boot, it is bigoted to the companies in contact, who, for all all of us understand, are in the "appropriate" in this occasion. besides the undeniable fact that, your use of the words "e book a trip on line" and "flight corporation" is incredibly complicated; did you e book with a shuttle enterprise or rapidly with the airline? It makes a extensive difference in the kind you need to take care of this. If it somewhat is by using an enterprise (i.e., not the airline itself), then your argument is with the enterprise. you in addition to mght did not point out no be counted if the holiday is arising, or has already exceeded; for all all of us understand, you waited until nicely after the dates to whinge, wherein case, you're noticeably plenty hosed! 2d, the credit card corporation has no thought no be counted in case you flew or not, and it would take too plenty attempt on their area to be certain (even previous to "9/11", airlines, like motels, does not supply out shopper counsel, even to this style of uncomplicated question as, "did so-and-so make the flight?"). For all of the credit card corporation is known with, you took the flight and want your money back, regardless! besides the undeniable fact that, many credit card companies will positioned an "inquiry" on the can charge, that's a vogue of announcing that it is being regarded into; it does not recommend which you will get your money back, even yet it ought to finally end up that way. third, it is baffling that the enterprise or airline might ask you to pay the full quantity to make a transformation; often, it somewhat is in basic terms a quite small "flow" can charge. until you booked on the final minute, maximum companies will flow out of their thank you to help the shopper. in spite of how this seems, i might use a diverse enterprise/airline sooner or later!
