For anyone who answers "Women have had it badly for so long, now we must redress the balance"... what you are saying is effectively "Two wrongs make a right" or "The end justifies the means".

Is this morally correct?

Yeah, I don't get that, men are the goat of the current century. They can't dress themselves, speak to women appropriately, govern peacefully, have sex drives and libido, discipline their children, work OT without grief at home, drive the car they'd like to drive, watch football more than once a year, the list is long and painful.

Men are too sensitive (well, American men). Overcompensation for centuries of subjugating women as second-rate citizens. But enough is enough. It's time to reach deep down and salvage what little testosterone we're left with and reclaim our rightful place as King of the Jungle.

Or suffer the hosts of the View as our future presidential candidates....YIKES!

Why don't you try a little evidence with that.
Maybe if there were not a boatload of evidence that white males are the kings of discrimination, there would be no backlash.

And, how can you say that anyway. Look at Bush, he's borderline retarded and became president - that's right, by getting out the stupid white male vote.

Nervous are we? If you have better skills than anyone, someone will always pay for them. If you're ignorant and without skills - look in the mirror.

how are men being discriminated against? some examples would have been interesting and enlightening. not giving a hard luck story, but it is true that women often begin at a disadvantage just because of the common perceptions of women: weaker, less authoritative, sensitive and emotional (actually, just think of the reasons many people say a female president would not work). (note the words "often" and "begin" signal "not always" and things/perceptions sometimes change from where they began.)

i'd be interested to hear discriminations against men. what kind of discrimination?

No matter what or where the male has always been considered the stronger. For the most part the male is always bigger, in nature the males are the most attractive, such as birds, or for instance take the deer , the male has those beautiful antlers. The male has been made to protect the female. The only place I see men being discriminated against is in child custody and child payment cases.

Men are discriminated against in many ways in our society. An example of this is that men have no legal right to their children before they are born (ie-in abrotion situations). The woman has all rights, therefore equality under the law regardless of race, religion, or GENDER is not being held.

It is not acceptable to disciminate against anyone among most people, but it is done and not recognised as discrimination. To generalise and to say it is just men who are is wrong. so are women, so are the elderly, so are the young, so are Eastern Europeans, so are gypsies, so are travellers... I don't understand your question. everyone is discrimated by somebody along some lines at some stage, that is my belief and it seems you mean to say that men shouldn't ever have to put up with it. Women have been, so why shouldn't men. yes it is wrong but so is it for anyone to be discrimated.

It's not that men are positively discriminated against. It's just that the rights and wishes of people who were previously discriminated against are ever-increasingly being put above those of men.

The feminists thought the only way to make women feel good about themselves was to break our balls. We've been apologizing for existing for about 40 years now but I'm optomistic that a fair balance will be restored soon.

Great question. White males are now the most discriminated against

Who says it is acceptable? In a perfect world there would be discrimination against no one for no reason.
