Piracy (in a computer context) includes making illegal copies of material, which is deceptive because it avoids license requirements.

Phising and Spoofing are methods of deceiving and tricking people, to obtain information, which are often used for identify theft, or outright electronic larceny.

Fraud is a material mis-statement of current fact, with the known expectation that the person will rely on the mis-statement. It can be used as the basis of larceny/theft, or for other purposes.

So, B:C:D all are means of deception and trickery that can, in addition to other uses, be used to obtain things illegally. And A has a definition that varies by context.
