This is in addition to my other question in regards to marriage. I tried to go to the state of NY to find the divorce decree. You have to order it for one two...it asks for the exact date the divorce was as well as the county. I do not have all that info. If they finalized the divorce does either the state of NY or the lawyer he had send any info to the state we were married in?

We were trenching on our side yard being careful not to hit our sewer line. Well unfortunately we did, but not bad. So we stopped worrying about hitting our sewer line and then we hit another pipe. We think it may be our neighbors' sewer line and it's completely cracked. Would we get in trouble for it???

Yes I am not joking ladies and gentlemen, the government has had an SSI *Social Security Program* for drunks and crack heads considering it as a "mental disaese that makes people addicted to it" no **** i coulda told you this, and here our government is rewarding people for it. While people like me have been working since they were 15 supporting these losers. If i would have known this I would have just kept partying after high school so that way the government would help me pay for the 2 online classes i have to take at a community college that total over $600. So I am going to have to put myself through college working full time to pay my bills, because our government is to busy helping out those "less fortunate" with addicting problems or have 10 kids from 10 different dads get not only help from the governement but can go to college all they want whenever they want. It must be rough.

My car was totaled by another driver who was at fault. It seems like no one will talk to me because I or the rest of the passengers weren't hurt. Do we have to fake injuries to get legal help?

I have been married onc before but we basically fell apart very quickly. He moved to NY and then for 3 years we were married but seeing other people. Finally, he was willing to give me a divorce and his current(at the time) girlfriend brought the divorce papers to me to sign after he mailed them to me from NY and his lawyer drew up the papers. But because of a very personal situation I had to move immediately. I have not heard from him in 3 yrs. I am getting ready to get married to the love of my life. But I do not have the paper in my hand. my fiance is a marine and I do not want to get married to him and it be illegal in any way at all. and then he getin some type of trouble. Much less myself. I know it has been done I just do not have any proof of it at all. I never changed my name or even reported it at all. Never!!! I knew it was a mistake and didnt want to further it at all. HELP!!!!!!!!!! What can I do? I am trying to track down the man but he might be in India.

My mom speaks/reads/writes no English. Translator was minor when contract signed granting legal rep full represention in claim settlement. We do not have copy of contract. Asked legal rep for one. Said I can not speak for her and I need written letter from mom giving me permission to be involved... What can I do to help my mom? I am also interested in knowing about "power of attorney" and "breach of contract." What kinds of rights to we have protected under US laws here? The more specific, the better.

After this document has been sent to Party C, what will happen if Party C finds out that the signature is not authentic? Can party C cancel the agreement with party B? The agreement is partially based on the document.

What can this person(party B) do if he wants the document to be effective? What kind of law should he look up?

If party A insists that the signature is signed by him, although it looks apperantly different, can this document still be effective?

Thank you very much!
