Sorry, I'm not actually familiar with the laws regarding age limits for this type thing. The best thing to do would be to check with either someone who does it regularly or with the local police office. Things of this nature are generally covered by the particular city or town's laws. An answer from the next town over might not apply to your town.

Its illegal for anyone under the age of 14 to be in paid work so I suppose busking would come under this. They would also need a permit.

Is it legal to busk? I don't know. I don't think the age matters. What is more important though is whether they are any good

Define: busk
We need more information. If busking is walking and chewing gum at the same time it's perfectly legal.
If busking is building thermonuclear weapons at home, it isnt.

Of course you can busk corn. How else can you eat it? You certainly can't eat the corn in the busk. So you must de-busk it first.

cant see why it wouldnt be. If an adult can do it, why cant a child? Its not like its a formal job that has health and safety regs.
