I'm trying to do my own research as to the Christian heritage of the US. I don't want anyone else's bias's.. pro or con. I just want the actual decisions so I can read them for myself.

Another good website for Supreme Court decisions is http://fatty.law.cornell.edu/ That site might be particularly useful for your purpose, since it lists historical Supreme Court decisions by topic.

Good luck with your research.

The website below provides a list of sources for Supreme Court opinions, on line and other.
Try courts in your area as they usually have libraries and allow public access. Or else try a local law school.
Some municipal libraries also have good legal collections.

Go to www.findlaw.com. -- Click on Cases and Codes.

You can search the original text of Supreme Court decisions.

If you want, you can start with Reynolds v. U.S., 98 U.S. 145 (1878) and West Virginia Board of Education v. Barnette, 319 U.S. 624 (1943).

{EDIT} You asked for website. If you want the hardcopy books, most courts have law libaries that are open to the public.

Why are you relying on web sites? Digital versions of case opinions can be falsified. You'd better visit a library that has the actual books. Or a good psychiatrist.
