I have pending drug charges 1 yr ago this month and to date nothing has been resolved, except for the courts stating 2x's "DNR" and then im given another court date. What is statue of these type of charges?

Have you spoken with your attorney or public defender? DNR sounds to me like an abbreviation of Defense Not Ready. Even if it is something else, any questions you have should be directed at your attorney or public defender. They are the only one who would know enough about your case to give you any type of meaningful input about it's status. Anyone else would just be guessing.

I think RJ has it right. In a criminal case, you are entitled to a speedy trial. If the attorney isn't prepared, he or she might request a continuance. You can waive the right to a speedy trial and it is probably the court's way for documenting why the trial or hearing was delayed.
