hello, While applying for med assistence I lerned that their is a warrent from another county out for me from 11 years ago for theft by deception in the 1st degree, from a county I attended college in. The police or courts was and is not interested in picking me up, but I am told the warrent will now be resolved until i present my self in that cpounty and resolve it in central court. If i go and present my self voluntarily what can i expect. Again the charged offense is from 1995, and was charged in 1995 with a 1995 docket number, It's one single charge, and i dont recall anything of what it can be.
Thanks
john

I bought a home in a brand new neighborhood after about 2 months the home builder decided to lower prices by almost 30 thousand dollars! Obviously this jepordizes my homes equity along with all the other people who bought in the neighborhood before the prices got lowered.

sorry i don't know the proper terms here, but from what i understand the US and most 'western' liberal governments deny legal protection for religious marijuana use.

on what legal grounds is this supported, in light of the fact that marijauna has been used for religious purposes for thousands of years? i think of hinduism in particular when i ask this, although rastafarians are also a more recent addition to the religious use of cannabis.

i also am thinking of the native americans rights in regard to peyote or other generally illegal substances which they use for ceremonial or religious purposes. thanks for any insight.

EZPass MD has made it regular practice to charge exhorbitant penalties which are not fair when the system fails. Due to a faulty buzzer & miscommunication from an employee I used my EZpass after the balance had run out. For roughly 12 trips through the Baltimore Harbor Tunnel I was fined a total of $184. I could see a fine of $13 for running the toll without a valid EZpass, but it is near impossible to check your balance since they only mail out a statement once every 2 months. I had to put a checkmark on a sheet of paper in my car to keep track of trips. They flash a yellow light when your balance is low, but modern technology could be more efficient. $184 in penalties is ridiculous. The system is designed to be confusing and to harvest penalty fees. If lawyers can win a suit against Blockbuster for late fee issues this is a ripe apple for the picking. I'm not interested in $$$, I just want to have my account cleared. Let me help you make money! If the most imediate threat of terrorism is from young Arab men, is it racist to target these people when trying to catch terrorists. I'm sure young Irish men felt the same during the 70's.

Watch the news. 21 Islamic men tried to blow up 6 planes in the UK.

Is it really right to arrest somebody if he/she was planning a crime? What if the criminal-to-be changes his mind meantime? Shouldn't we only arrest people if there was a real attempt? (Shooting at the victim, for example.)

The Time of Troubles begins with a period of geological shifts. Frequent earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, and disrupted weather systems become the norm. This will cause widespread famines and droughts, and social upheavals in unexpected places. Nations that are considered prosperous and powerful, particularly western nations, will be weakened. They will be torn with civil strife and rioting as people migrate to areas that have water and can support crop-growing. The social upheaval and weakening of political structures will help the Antichrist come to power.

The United States in particular will be subject to serious natural disasters, particularly earthquakes and flooding, and flatten the nation from end to end, causing enormous conflict, despair, and misery. The US will be bankrupted attempting to deal with its disasters. Three other great nations will send aid to help the citizens survive.
Any comments or insights or enlightenment welcome. Thanks.

Why can't we send back the families of these terrorists who terroise us to their country of origin as a punishment when the terorists are caught and convicted of their crimes. If the terrorists realise that their families will be sent back to their own countries they might think again before terrorising us If they cant be patriotic to the country that has fed and educated them, given them all types of benefits that they won't and don't get in their own countries. then why should they live here? I lived in a developing country for a few years and I wasn't given any preferential treatment nor any benefits whatsoever so why can't all these benefits be on a reciprocal basis?

My criminal record is quite lengthy from 1980-1990. Nothing serious or drug or violence related is on it.

I am finding this is holding me back from many job opportunities and housing.

Is it possible to have my record sealed or handle the expungment process myself and if so, what is the process and the cost?

Let's face it, America is a Terrorist State.

Those lands belong to the British Crown. An international peace keeping force should be deployed to deal with the massive insurgency of bloody foreigners there (after we've bombed the hell out of it), the colonists should be brought into line and those lands should again be made to work for Mother England!

God Save the Queen!

Someone talks to their friend and says... let's rob a bank. We are taking money, but the government will give it back to them -- it's insured. The friend says ok. The next day, after 24 hours to consider the act, the friend still agrees to do it. He takes a mask and works on a timetable.

Then the 'someone' who is really an ethics officer arrests him. Gotcha! What's wrong with this? We could have different punishments or maybe just public shaming, much less severe, for people with poor ethics. Why is it important who thought of the idea? This could revolutionize safety in our world.

Mr. Rotenberg pointed to Google’s own joust earlier this year with the Justice Department over a subpoena for some of its search data. The company successfully fended off the agency’s demand in court, but several other search companies, including AOL, complied. The Justice Department sought the information to help it defend a challenge to a law that is meant to shield children from sexually explicit material.

I recently purchased an estate in the hills above Malibu. My gardener Miguel, while planting a few hundred rose bushes, unearthed what appears to be a body (human) next to the Koi Pond. I dispatched my butler to verify what Miguel said he had found. Anthony confirmed my worst fears. The problem is, if I notify the authorities, they will probably destroy part of the Koi pond removing it. Not to mention, my property value would certianly drop. I am inclined to simply pretend I never knew anything, and have Miguel deported. Anthony, I am sure I can trust. What do you think I should do.
