My grand mother sign a power of attorney with and X, she write at the time she was not of sound mind. My sister use this power to sign this property over to a church member. but all of the tax statement goes to my sister's house. I understand the property will be change back into her name. I talk to the lady that's involved in 2001. when fhis first started, she told me if I give her $18,000 she would sell it to me. I want file fraud chages against both of them. there hosipital to show my grandmother was not of sound mind. what action can I take. my grandmother was taken advantage of. what action can I take

continued" I found my gm ill in her home very ill in 1997. she came home with me for a short time there are family problems. my sister was trying to get my grandmother from me I decided maybe I was wrong. so I took my grandmother to my sister. while my gm was with me I took her too the doctor more than one time she. she also had more than 1 hospital stay.she could sign her name. it was not good but I tryed to get her to sign a medical power she refused. no one had any legal papers on my granny. In 1997 my gm sign her property over wih an X. this was showing at the tax office in 2001. this transaction was not recorded until after my gm death in june 2001, febuary 2002 was recored .

need mo'info mo'fo! this family member was appointed guardian of your grandmother? Steward of the Estate? how is it that they "took" yo' granny's property?
I'm going through something like this myself (in Texas), if'n you tell me a bit more I may be able to help out some...

2002. You do know that was 3 years ago. You are going to need an attorney or someone skilled in how to get this heard in court. You might want to try the police for starters, but in order for it to go to court you are going to need a lawyer. If your grandmother has the deed or mortgage on the property, start with that and show it to the police.

Most crooks ... I mean lawyers would take it on a pay if you win contract that way they could steal it from both of you
