5) How do you ensure that the contract is signed and how do you ensure that the person you are agreeing with is the person you think he/she is?

7) Can you obtain a legal remedy against the other party?

8) Can you obtain a legal remedy against the other party and have the process cost you less than you are owed?

9) Are you engaged in such a business that you can only find customers online? Is your business in such dire shape that you must resort to asking questions about virtual contracts?

10) Do you have an attorney? More importantly, do they?

11) Were you referring to STDs. Those cannot be contracted over the internet.
