Be very careful and don't let your emotions get the best of you.
Some jurisdictions will allow you to do anything short of physical assault. Others have strict anti-vigilantism codes that could get you sued or even arrested.
Also keep in mind that some state's systems were rushed on-line so that politicians could take credit during election years and the information on them may not be perfect. "Lewd Acts with a Minor" could mean molestation, it could mean he had sex with his 15 year old girlfriend when he was 16 and the girl's father happened to be the sherriff.
Is this guy a drifter who's living in your neighbor's attic? Is he a homeowner who's lived down the street with his wife and kids for ten years? Your local police station should have all registrants' actual case files. Ask them if the person is classified as "High Risk" and go from there.
You can be sued for just about anything these days. Be vigilant, but not a vigilante.

There are a few of these sick bas s living in our neighborhood...I swear some guys will put their penis
s into anything, we caught a guy screwing a horse at our ranch. NO b.s. I think a sick person like these types should get a brand/tatoo on their faces, to warn little kids/parents to stay away. We put up a couple of signs ON the child molesters property, he tore it down..we got wise...we put them on OUR lawns with big arrows pointing to his house...we have cameras on our front lawn, he touches them he has had it, no complaints from anyone about us doing this....ONE neighbor put a sign on top of his house, HUGE, with the arrow pointing to the perverts house. Interviews were done on t.v. MOST child molesters begged not to be let out of jail, they KNEW and they SAID "We will harm again".....some say "Cut their thing off"..OH no HE has rights you know...beside that, they will use OBJECTS on the kids....go ahead, ask me how I know this? Brand or Tatoo their faces...

Call a lawyer, seriously. There are certain legal avenues but you want to be crystal clear on the laws in your region because that pederass could sue you big time, and you could also be prosecuted for harrassment. You really don't want that.

he or she has to be registered- go to a registered sex offenders web site for your area- print out his/her page and start posting it. Also forward the web site to everyone you know asking them to forward it. In your details of this question you could have put his/her info.
Also you can start a web page about the person yourself.
