Someone talks to their friend and says... let's rob a bank. We are taking money, but the government will give it back to them -- it's insured. The friend says ok. The next day, after 24 hours to consider the act, the friend still agrees to do it. He takes a mask and works on a timetable.
Then the 'someone' who is really an ethics officer arrests him. Gotcha! What's wrong with this? We could have different punishments or maybe just public shaming, much less severe, for people with poor ethics. Why is it important who thought of the idea? This could revolutionize safety in our world.
