I'm not sure. But here, in the state of MA, a DUI can
cost you plenty!! Truly don't drink & drive. The 6-pack
that you had before you left the house could end up
costing you $9,500~ (lawyer fees, fines, reinstatement
fees..)
In NH, you automatically go to jail for 90 days. Ouch.
Use google to find out, if no one gives you a specific penalty.
Good luck! Don't drink and drive. It's just not worth it~

$1000 fine, 48 hours jail time, $1000 surcharge for the next 3 years, court costs, prosecution fees, defensive driving class, alcohol and drug abuse class, and possibly community service depending on how bad they want to really piss you off.
You also lose your license for up to 90 days and have to pay $125 to get it reinstated.
