Yes, it is legal for you to file again, even with the new laws. You did not ask if we liked it, but if it is possible, and it is legal.

The new law requires you to wait 8 years between Chapter 7 cases.

it would be very hard since they enacted new laws to stop people from continuously filing bankruptcy.
