this person is being spiteful and malicious to me why i dont know now she obviously has been heard as the victim as inow have to say my story to council also blatanly lying about me and my twins she seems very convincing how do i let them see what she is doing is lies

I have been having a problem with Dogs coming onto my property and threatening my calfs, which are pretty much defenceless against dogs. I have I gun licence and am a member of a Hunting club with my own registered guns, I also have permission to shoot on my property.

l'm in Australia, if that helps.

Do the leaders of our world really give a s**t or are they 'in it for the money'? Do they have hidden agendas when on official visits? Is the world of politics too lucrative an oppurtunity for the top businessmen of todays world? Should they take a vow of poverty, especially when going for the top job of PM, as to make sure that they focus on doing good for the country and not making the country do good for them? Should they be able to own and control the media???!!!

I got a traffic ticket for entering the freeway from an incorrect lane, a cop was waiting there fully knowing someone would make this mistake, he asked me if I knew what I got stopped for and told him exactly that I knew why he was there, when he handed me the ticket he said he would be on vacation on the court date so the ticket would be dismissed but after reading the back of the ticket it says if I contest the violation, come to the court on the appearance date to request a court trial on a "future date when an officer and any witnesses will be present" YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT THE BAIL AMOUNT what do you think ?

With so much corruption at a global level, should there be harsher penalties eg life imprisonment, bearing in mind that many countries remain poor as a direct result of the top few scamming the entire country.

If it were all, thats fine, but if only selected trials, that sounds unfair. All defense lawyers would then want 12 if they knew their client was guilty. ????

I thought all juries had to have 12 people and have 12 out of 12 to convict (or aquit), but have never heard of only 6.

Our lease ended 7/31, and we got a letter in the mail today from our landlord saying that we had to chose to sign a new lease for either a year-long option or a month-to-month. It also says that she is implementing a new $2/day late fee IN ADDITION TO her previous $35-late-fee-if-rent-not-in-after-the-5th-of-the-month. Can she charge us by the day? That seems shady to me....

I moved out of my old apartment 1 month before my lease was over. I owed 400 for rent, I got served court papers at work for cival suit on November 3.2006 for November 4, 2006 . I could not get off of work in a days notice, so I asked the police officer that served me what would happen if i did not show up? He said I would have to pay the amount on my court papers, which showed 400 + 151 court cost = 551 total. It was wrote just like that.
Then in Feburary I get my paycheck and 288.00 was took out for garnishment, so i called my HR dept. they said that a court order was sent over for a total of 3100.00 for garnishment. I called the court house to find out what it was for. They told me it was for November the 4th when i was suppose to show up in court and since I did not show up , my old landlord could ask for any amount. I told them that was not true because it had the total wrote out as 551.00 .did not say plus damages.

If the "victim" only has pain, how do you defend yourself against being sued? If they have no documented injuries but go to physical therapy and chirprator visits, etc. how do you prive they're full of ****??

my mother has just recently passed away, i dont have a copy of her will. my mother had been in a relationship and her girlfiend will not let me or my family have access to my mothers will. i fear that this woman is selling off and hiding my mothers things in order not to give them to me or my family....i also belive that she is still using my mothers credit cards and atm cards. my mother had told me that everything she has went to me.... now that she has passed on. i would like to get and distribute some of her items that are family eirlooms, things that have been in our family for years. i just dont know what to do. i am in the state of nevada and i dont belive this state requires wills to be notirized. i dont know where she got her will done. i fear if i dont act quickly everything will be lost.
any help with this will be appriciated

So...this is the reason I think I got fired from friggin Subway of all places! My roommate also worked for subway but she got fired after a few days because they said that she was lazy and slow or something like that. Well I worked there for 2 weeks and never had any issues until they found out that she was my roommate. The reason they found out was because she came up there for her last check and she told me that I needed to get the ginuwine tickets off of her dresser because she forgot them. Then the manager asked me if she was my roommate and I said yea...then she was like " O you should've never told us that" I mean...wtf is that supposed to mean? Just because she is my roommate doesnt mean she is gonna effect my work....so why the hell did I get fired...when I left work on friday everything was cool. The owner was being cool with me and everything...he even asked me what was my school schedule and to bring it in to the store tomorrow so he could see my availability. It dont make no sense for me to get fired...wtf?? I think that i was wrongfully terminated!

i read a response to an earlier question of mine. and now i have an other question.

in NY, i know it's illegal to consume or buy alcohol at 21, but if a cop catches you with beer in the car (and pressuming that you're still 100% sober), will you get in trouble for possession of the beer with intent to consume or to sell to others? i imagine that the cop will either confiscate it or make you spill it, but as long as you are still sober, can he really do anything?
