Doing something outside of you property needs tha approval of the city official since it is already part of the public dominion.

"Sometimes it's easier to ask for forgiveness instead of permission".

You won't get permission. that's just plain and simple. I've done some "crazy" advertising and "marketing" stunts and know the routine. I've never apologized- because "I" never did it!!!

Someone else did- without my knowledge....

;)

You don't want to get fined and forced to re-paint the entire street........ T H I N K ..............

Ask permission. Otherwise you are just doing graffitti and it's public property.
