You can't. Even a doctor can't disprove a claim of "pain".

BUT, if someone is claiming say a back injury, preventing them from lifting their child, or doing gardening etc, you could have them followed by a P.I. and filmed doing things they say they can't. Play this tape at trial and they'll be proven to be liars. So, you can't disprove the fact that they have pain, but you can disprove the level to which it impairs their function.

Surreptitious filming of the other party would be admissable in court to disprove their claims. Happens all the time with insurance fraud.

can u hve some1 follow them with a camcorder? alot of comp. suits r being dismissed because they caught the 'victim' doing things they said they couldnt do. i. e.- lifting objects, walking without crutches, ect. talk 2 neighbors, family members, the mailman, 2 see if they know anything that could help u. i d even talk 2the receptiones at the drs. . is she on any meds 4 the pain? find out. just go 'fishing' 4 awile, u might end up with the catch of the day. good luck.

The only thing you can do is try to get evidence they are faking. A PI or someone to follow them. That is an easy scam. We had someone slip on ice and come back 6 months later saying they were hurt and they won. It's total BS.

Obviously people's words should not be taken account for, especially in court cases. Humans lie and the only thing that cannot lie is hardcore evidence. If they're supposedly in pain then their body should show symptoms of trauma. If not, they're full of crap.

Hire a private investegator to view your 'victim' outside of the legal system. If this person is full of **** then he/she would continue to live a normal life outside of the courtroom and then put on a show when they are inside of it.
