recently my truck was repoed when i paid off the payments in full the truck was damaged, tools were taken and?

repo man harassed my wife stole tools out of vehicle,said i will never see truck again, dragged my other vehicle out of driveway and broke storm door. do i have a good law suit?

if they damaged any other proerty getting the vehicle they went to get, yes. why would the repo man be at your door anyway? they always go at night and take the vehicles, and if he had enough time to drag another vehicle out of the way to get to the one he was after, then somebody had enough time to get stuff out of the one that got repo'd
