I am appealing an MSPB decsion to the US Court for the Federal Cicuit. I am looking for a portion of the jurisdiction section.

28 USC § 1291 defines jurisdiction for most federal Appellate Courts, on appeal from final decisions in district courts

28 USC § 1295 defines appellate jurisdiction for the Federal Circuit.

The definition of final judgment is found in the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure for civil cases. Rule 54 defines final judgment for appellate purposes.
