I am so upset I tend to be repeating myself. 1. New York State does not have a self-defense statue, so the charge is murder, but the charge was added twice for one death, thus, double jeopardy which the high courts have just handed down as being illegal and unconstitution , that's why I need a pro-bono Lawyer/professor of Law to help I have called everywhere and they are overbooked for the same reason I stated above, to be honest my nephew has been incarcerated since he was 18, and now he is 33, in a self-defense case turned into murder and double jeopardy by the courts , mainly because the family is poor and a inadequate defense , at his trial.

Why is it that we have to be so politically correct this day and age. We can't say black person- we have to say African American, brown-native american ect... So why is it they can call us white and not caucasian, to be politically correct.

Stem cell research is done on embryos that are generally left over from infertility treatments. Usually when a couple gets pregnant, they don't need or want the extra embryos that were generated during the procedure, and they are absolutely entitled to discard them. No one has the right to take those embryos away from them and use them to attempt to impregnate someone else. So isn't it better to use those unwanted embryos for research instead of destroying them? That is the real choice.

Should i sign loan papers for my ex to refinance house. I have been told that i do have to sign but i dont understand because she is getting the loan based on the equity in the house & i believe half of that equity is mine until she is able to refinance & have my name removed from the first loan. Even if me signing for the second loan does in turn pay off the first loan isnt that still allowing them to use my credit as a basis for the loan? Do i have to sign?

My wife just up and left two years ago and took our son with her. She moved to a military base (although she's not in the military, just dating someone who is). I miss my son so much. I want to find him to get custody but I have tried to locate them but no luck. He was 3 when he left, now 5 years old. He'll be starting kindergarten soon. I've tried everything but since she's on a base, I think thats why Im having no luck. Any imput would help! Thanks.

Can boot camp force you to cut your hair even if you woud be going against your religion for cutting your hair?...Here's the situation. The D.A. (Prosecuting Attorney) made a plea agreement (A Deal) that will send this person to boot camp and probation. The thing is, the boot camp that he's going to requires that he cuts his hair, but if he does so, he will be going against his religion. Is it possible for the person to "slide" without cutting his hair during boot camp? Please give accurate feedback.. Thank you.

the male foreskin is quite large compared to the female foreskin.

it covers the whole glans and then some.

the female foreskin is quite small by comparison, covering the clitoris. some call it the 'clitoral hood'.

if this is the case, then why is foreskin removal banned for girls, but not boys?

based on the size alone, surely you would ban it first for boys.

because it is bigger, it also causes more pain to cut it off. another reason to ban it first for boys.

additionally, the foreskin plays a more prominant role in sex for males than for females. it contains about half of the nerve endings activated during sex for males.

for females' foreskins, this is not the case.

i am very glad at least one half of humanity, females, are protected from needless, routine sexual surgery. this has been around since the dawn of time for some reason and signifies a great leap for humanity in becoming civilised.
