Can America and Israel legally nuke Syria and Iran if they get involved in Lebanon?

Legaly ? no , becuase of it will be a grave breach to international humanitarian law , to geneva conventions 1948 ,to the convention of prohibiting the use of atomic weabons , and all responsible will consider war criminals .

simply, the use of forbidden weabons, like chimical , biological and nuclear weabons, and any other weabons that kill in mass and can't be controled to kill only army not civilians, is illigale UNLESS it is a direct self defence , and direct self defence means that America itself is being invaded so it save itself by using the last and forbidden weabon . in this situation only the use of such weabons is legal , otherwise it is illigal whatever the reasons are .

but beside the question of law , why should America do that ? Israel is the one colonizing the palastinian lands illigaly ( security council res. 242) , Hizbollah was istablished becuause of the illigal invasion of lebanon by Israel 1982 and then colonizing all of south lebanon , so it was istablished as a LIGAL organization of resistance ... now who is attacking who ? i see well that israel is destroying the infrastructure of lebanon ( destroying the infrastructure means if it happened in USA , that some come and destroyed to you the power plants of america , the neclear reactors you have , so it shut down electricity, san fransisco bridge and all important bridges in the US , most of New york , Hollywood studious , NASA , the main factories , the main air ports of USA ..etc. and kill whoever civiliar is around at this time) so why USA involove with the offender ? and even if it happened , Israel is by far stronger than Syria , and by the way why America use it's nuke when Israel has 300 to 400 nucllear weapon ? or it is to keep on the propaganda that Israel is weak , surrounded by beasts aand terrorists , and you should support the underdog , while in fact Israel is not ?

Yes they can. Israel has taken out Irans nuclear capability in the past and will do so again. Personally I hope that they DO nuke Iran, it will go a long way to make make for world peace if they wernt there, and Syria they can be taken out too. They are just terrorist Muslims.

Are we talking about the same country , the only country that has used nuclear weapons on live targets, and napalmed entire cities with more then 100000 deaths only from napalm?
They can always find legality , it is only in words.
If you have some deep underground targets you could only destroy it with low yield nuclear bombs. For tanks and soldiers, there are pretty advances clasical non nuclear weapons. But since Iran is not close for making the bomb, I can not see any reason for it, except that there is mass atack on Israel and they find compeled to use it.

Seriously though by the international agreements in place America can't decide to do this on their own. Isreal without belonging to the same "groups" do so with taking it upon their selves and suffering the consequenses later.
