I have an idea for a new food item, and I was just wondering how I get a patent on the idea..I tried to ask the company how I could submit my idea, but they said, " Just tell me and I will let the appropriate people know. " Of course I told her no, thats okay, cause I don't want anyone stealing my idea. Please tell me how to get a patent on my idea..

my question on tuesday i got pull of by the police . the police had his gun out but he did not aim it at me. he ask for my licence, i gave it to him and i ask him what was the problem. he said someone at burger king pull a gun and the suspect had the same type car that i had. to make a story short . they search my car and me. they got my name and address. my question is did the police have right to search me and my car?

I also have a pension from my work I'am 53 years old I live in Ky. and we have been seperated for over a year I just started getting my disabilty check about two months ago. I got back pay of three years back to 3/29/03 we seperated in 07/07/2005.

I used to like restaurants but having a non-smoking section in a bar is like a no peeing section in a pool. Walking past people smoking in a building entrance, baseball games and the list goes on. I have to smell it everywhere. I would like an honest answer on how my rights are diffused by smokers.

I was hurt on the job and made a report of injury. My regular insurance covered the costs except my co-pays, and I did tell them this was a work related injury. Now the workers compensation insurance company has offered to pay all outstanding medical bills, which would be the co-pays. Would this be legal? I know all medical cost where from my work related injury and they went well over a hundred thousand dollars. This seems like fraud against my regular insurance carrier.

An Israeli warplane bombed the Palestinian Foreign Ministry early Thursday, collapsing part of the structure and causing widespread damage in the area.

It was Israel's second use of a huge bomb in Gaza City in as many days in its two-week offensive to pressure Palestinian militants to release a captured Israeli soldier. At least 23 Palestinians were killed in Gaza on Wednesday.

The third and fourth floors of the Foreign Ministry were destroyed in the blast that shook the city and damaged houses and vehicles in the area. At least 13 people were injured, all in nearby houses.

If I went to an airport I would be racially profiled...I get racially profiled walking through the Mall if I have a beard. I don't mind the profile at the airport, but the mall, its annoying!!!!

Think about it: Whose more likely to bomb a building: White Man or Man who looks Arab (although an umpteen number of Arabs look caucasian as they are mixed racially)?

Coloured Man more likely to be a terrorist.

So I'd support singling them out and asking them a few more questions at the airport/border crossing.

Probability Dictates so. Unfortunately this sets a bad precedent and should only occur during times of stress: ie. War.

I have nothing against George if he did.It probley wasn't against the law then.I don't mind that its against the law either just I wouldn't wanna get caught smokin it.I feel if it wasn't against the law people would be smoking it in front of their new born kids and some wouldn't give a **** of how it would effect the kids like the common smoker would do.I wouldn't want to see a child go into convulsions because of hillusinations and all.Im sure you understand that and if you don't then its best it stays against the law.Besides I wouldn't want my brain surgeon going for a pot smoke break then commin back to fix my brain its bad enough I have Drian Bamage from smokin the stuff.

I was wondering, would antitrust legislation prevent a large corporation from holding control over companies in multiple markets (i.e. a corporation that owns, hypothetically, pharmaceutical manufacturers and communications companies) as long as there was reasonible competition in all the markets where that corporation has holdings? I'm writing a story that has a company like this, and wanted to make sure that the legalities involved wouldn't make such a thing impossible (even if certain combos of corporate holdings are immensely unlikely- hey suspension of disbelief can beat implausability, but not necessarily the impossible)

every piece of his report was a lie and he used those lies to get and indictment. every word written can be proven false and show he did not do the investigation he stated but received his information from a spouse whom has been separated and about to be divorced for 2 years, was behind the lies.

I think that sentencing death offender to commit suicide is the only Christian way to handle these freaks. If we make them kill themselves then forgivness and salvation won't even be available through Christ! Personally , I think that forced suicide is an excellent way to close up a heavenly loophole.
