Christian way? Sorry if the law doesn't need to consider the "Chrisitan" way. By the way GENIUS, if you believe murder is a sin, GETTING someone to commit suidice WOULD BE MURDER.
If you believe in God, you think he gies a SHIHHT about LOOPHOLES??? LOOPHOLES!?!?!?!?!?!??!

How are you going to force people to commit suicide?
Also, death penalty is not an effective tool. Sure, it will stop the specific person from doing what they did (if they did it all), but it is a poor deterrant and is actually a more expensive act to carry out due to the legal mechanisms that are utilized for this.

Because sentence is not executed speedily. It is fully set in the hearts of men to do that which is evil.
The Bible call for a quick death. No long trials in the time of Moses.
Also the stoning thing worked good. Everyone walked by and threw a stone. Then the pile became the grave marker and permanent reminder to keep your pants zipped up.

While I understand how you feel... let's not talk about religion just yet. The crimes committed by humans must be handled by humans. Sexual predators must be taken out of society but given help for their deviant behavior but never let out into society again. They have given their rights up and must be jailed as there seems no cure for this sickness.
Now, if you must use God, not that any of us on Earth are capable of knowing anything about her, let the higher power vent justice. This is not your position in life. Try a little Christ likes humanity.

So sins are punishible by death. Why shoud we try to get them to commit suicide. That certainly is a sin in itself. If the crime is committed they let the punnishment phase take place. Remember that God shall also punnish one for their sins. The sinner can ask for forgiveness from God and only He can give that. We as society can only inforce the laws of the land in which God has given.
Read your Bible. There are NO loopholes in the Bible.

I think they should be locked away and never released. Look at that Couey guy...he said that if he were re-released he would be a repeat offender. The state released him again and he killed Jessica.
They're sick people, and even if they're castrated the feeling and need to be perverse is still present.
Commiting suicide is NOT Chrisitan. What Bible are you reading? Let God be the judge...you should stick to reading for now...

My personal objective opinion is this: We should use sex offenders of all kinds as organ donners and make them pay there debt to society by saving innocent lives, to make up for the innocents that they have stolen. One less sexual preditor could equal several lives saved. And in the long run would prevent that same offender from re-offending.

If ever I was designated to be a victim, I would pick being hurt (not tortured) by a sex offender over being killed. I think most people would pick that. So we should give a harsher sentance to a murderer. Your ideas make no sense. Loophole?????

That's not Christian because you are acting as the ultimate
judge over their souls and only God can do this.....but sex
offenders should be given life in prison...and if to a child life in
prison with no possibility for parole. I was raped, beaten and
assaulted...by a boyfriend at the time...he tied me up, choked me
half to death..beat me and was facing up to 40+ yrs in prison.
He forced me in his motel room, hid my purse and keys, disconnected the phone after I tried to dial 911 and was wanted
for First degree Sex assault, Second Degree kidnapping and
assault....he pled with me to not testify...he would have spent
the rest of his life in prison...which is where he belongs...but
I felt empathy for what I thought was an incidient of rage that
was done while he was drunk....he only went on to commit
more violent crimes...these sexual preditors do not change.
And I firmly beleive they should be locked up for life...now he's
wanted on more felony charges of assault and stalking ... I should
not have shown mercy....he did go to prison for five years even
though I didn't testify...they knew he had done it and the d.a.
refused to let him go without having felony charges for this
The lesson learned is many women who have been attacked
by someone they thought loved them are violated in the worst
way and don't ever give a man capable of such violence and rage a second chance at freedom....God Bless

Sex offenders should be sentenced to a public castration if you ask me. Children could never provoke something like that (unlike some rape victims that exploit it at will, someimes).

Death to the worst scum of offenders. You have an interesting view point, but they should all die at the hands of our court jury system. Not all states have the death penalty.
