About 90% of the german reparations for WW2 of about $52billion went to Israel plus billions every year since then to terrorise the palestians to give up their land and leave.

From about 5% of the population of palestine, the zionist immigrants have eliminated most of the palestinians and still working on the rest.

My boyfriend died in Oregon and his body was shipped to Ms. for burial. His family and the funeral home in Ms both acted suspiciously before and after the alleged services and burial. The funeral home couldn't even tell me where the burrial was and told me the cemetary listed on the d.c. didn't exist. Both family and funeral home also manipulated me into paying more than was neccesary by telling me they need X amount from me - or there would be no funeral/service - I learned later that the bill had allready been settled - days before the planned service. I was clearly decieved by both. the family is poor, the town small. to save $ or make $ could something besides a proper burial have taken place? Example: sold for medical research. or burried somewhere unknown, unmarked, without casket or grave marker? until I locate his grave, which I haven't been able to find, am I crazy for suspecting fowl play along these lines? has anyone ever heard of similliar instances?

If it is not illegal and it doesn't affect or hurt you then why care? How about we just worry about what is going on our own lives, thus making it better, and in turn making us less of an *sshole to others?

I've asked a similar question to this before, but I rethought it today. I was walking into a Wawa (for those of you unfortunate enough not to live in the philadelphia area, Wawa is the greatest 24 hour convenience store/dairy/sandwich shop on the planet) and a kid standing outside the door asked me to buy him a blunt. Kids under 18 can't buy tobacco in PA because it's illegal. The kid wasn't trying to get a cigar, he was trying to get the paper from the cigar for weed. Obviously, this kid can get the weed, but he can't get the cigar. There's something wrong with this. Shouldn't we legalize marijuana so we can tax it and at least control it?

Why not Give Constitutional Rights to the Unborn?

South Dakota recently banned almost all types of
abortion in the state. With the exception of a life or
death situation it is illegal. I cried honestly because i never
thought i would live to see it happen anywhere here in
america. Since the forces against the unborn are so strong.

Hypothetically, how do you think people will react
if they overturn Roe vs Wade?Would people
will become aggressive?I am not sure what
would happen.

However...

There are many groups including many
Pro-Life Liberal groups Many ex-Abortion doctors
with shocking evidence and they will keep trying.

These are a list of Secular/Athiest Pro Life
Associations, until recently i didn't know
these groups existed.

I hope they succeed.

I injured my knee 4 years ago in a skiing incident and although it was mostly recovered, I had pain from time to time. Surgery was recommened at the time of the skiing incident but I declined since it seemed to be doing o.k. Now, I've been in an auto accident last month and have been told that my knee will only get better with surgery. I haven't told my personal injury lawyer or the doctor performing the surgery of the previous knee injury. Will the insurance company paying the settlement be able to find out about it? If so, how will they find out? I've never authorized the third party insurance company to get my medical records.

I was the defendant in a small claims matter and lost because of a minor technicality. Now I'm appealing and wondering if the jury can use human compassion to realize I did everything I was supposed to do except "sign under the pains and penalties of perjury."

Life, liberty, justice for all and so on and the legal system that was designed to ensure that the people enjoy the pursuit of happiness efforts without being unfair to others, will always be an incomplete system with room to improve. Justice is not in the law books; it is in the hearts of men and women who make value judgments on various matters. But I believe that there is a fundamental guiding principle that helps judges and the jury and the government to use of proper discresion in making decisions of complex nature.

Admissible Evidence

Admissible Evidence is 'evidence' that is accepted as legitimate in a court of law. From an Information Security perspective, the types of 'evidence' will often involve the production of a system's log files. The log file will usually identify the fact that a login took place; and certain functions were performed. The issue as to whether or not such a log file is legally admissible, is not clear cut. However, opinion appears to be that as long as a computer record is generated as a normal part of business processing, and the computer and software were working as designed and expected, then it may be admissible. Advice from a lawyer is always recommended.
