I was driving North Bound PCH 1 in Ventura County, CA in my motorcycle. The wind was to strong for me to sit up on my SV1000 so I had my face right next to the speedometer, I occasionally glanced at the speedometer and noticed that my speed was ranging from 65-67 max and there were other vehicles besides me. Once PCH ended I stopped at a red light. When I was about to take off I was pulled over by a Highway Police Officer who claimed to have got me at 80 when he was traveling south Bound and then at 85 going N. bound. Now I know their are allot of people that speed but I would not be going 85 in my bike because I'm a beginner and if I were to even get close to 70 mph the winds would get to strong for me (So I feared). I know I could take it to court and if the officer is not present the case will be dropped but in case he does show up what type of evidence may I acquire to win the case? I support police officer 100% but after all they are human they make mistakes as well.

First of all I do recognize the line between obscene and sexual is subject and blurry. Nevertheless, I would like to know everyone's opinions. There are other places to ask similar "questions" such as messenger and chat rooms. Do you think perhaps they should just add a category for such questions? What are you thoughts and ideas?

you pay them back with interest. if you cant afford to pay them off, you give them so much $ every 2 weeks to keep your check from being deposited. alot of states have outlawed this-unfortunately Missouri isnt one of them. anyway,my wife left me 4 months ago. we are seperated-not legally though. so it can be said that i got these check loans while still married. i cant afford to pay on these checks no more,being i got left with ALOT of OUR bills. the checks are in my name only. what would happen if i let them deposit them?? i dont have the $ in my account for them to clear. would it be like a bad check and i would have so much time to pay them off? or would i have to go to court for them. the 2 checks i have out add up to $920-yikes, i know. would that be considered a felony if i didnt pay them? how much responsibility of this is my wife's-if any?? i could get on my feet if i got these gone. any help would be GREATLY appreciated. thank you.

i have neighbors that are carpenters and we have rules & regulations with our condo assocation that there is no noise allowed past 8pm and Sunday's and holiday's but these neighbors don't care or have any respect and they don't follow the rules.

I have an 18 month boy and his dad called cps on me. I am working with them and the case is starting to close. However his dad wants to file for full custody and take my son away from me. Is this possible and how is it possible?! I am a really good mom, don't do drugs, haven't been to jail. His dad thinks because I have dated a few people and tried to make new friends (other moms to hang out with) that I am endangering my son and he will have full custody. Basically what is a unfit mother in Texas and how does a man living with his girlfriend prove me uncapable of raising my son?

What has been your experience with ruling reversals after oral arguments? Lawyer says ruling sticks 97% of the time. The arbitration agreement is so flawed it appears to to not meet the test of actually even being an arb agreement.

I am currently divorced and pay child support to my ex-wife. She and I both work. Later this month she will be getting married again and will not be working due to her future husbands financial success and income. Will this change my support payments when they are reviewed again? I realize this probably varies state to state. I live in Ohio.

Does anyone know if there is a Florida law that protects an employee against inhalants such as perfumes or room deodorizers? I have COPD and a co-worker has chosen to ignore my request to not spray a room deodorizer that immediately sends me into an asthma attack. I brought in one to use that doesn't cause any breathing problems, which she is neglecting to use. I have asked her to stop with an explanation, and have asked the president of our very small company to intervene. He told me, "You'll just have to deal with it. Wear a face mask". This is not only humiliating, but not being able to breath is very frightening. I can not leave my position due to money. There has got to be something out there to protect an employee against this. I appreciate your help!

Does Moses’ God with the Tetragrammaton divine name need to put the Ten commandments in a simple nutshell form before all Jewish nations and other nations like Jesus Christ the Son did with the golden rule as the global rule for ALL?

In my country, Canada, it is illegal to depict sex acts with minors even if it is in fiction or drawings.

"Definition of child pornography:
(a) a photographic, film, video or other visual representation, whether or not it was made by electronic or mechanical means,

(i) that shows a person who is or is depicted as being under the age of eighteen years and is engaged in or is depicted as engaged in sexual activity; or

(ii) the dominant character of which is the depiction, for a sexual purpose, of a sexual organ or the anal region of a person under the age of eighteen years; or

(b) any written material or visual representation that advocates or counsels sexual activity with a person under the age of eighteen that would be an offence under this Act. [sexual offences]"

Personally I think it should be illegal and I am quite happy that people get busted for it.
