Are you saying that the Fed is over the people?

Our govt is of, by, and for the people, so the source of the govt's power is us.

What? Aren't 1 and 3 the same? The power structure is: legislative, executive and judiciary. The people elect these branches and they carry out the functions of government.

The states were orginally going to have the power except in what is given to it by the states to the Federal government.

But that was lost during the civil war basicly ,

The Constitution of the U.S. is on top. The people can change the Constitution indirectly.
