Do freedom fighters hide behind women and children when they shoot at their enemies? Do freedom fighters sneak into hospitals to murder wounded children? Do they send their children out wearing bomb vests? Do they exchange gunfire from hospital windows? Do they hide rockets and munitions in private homes? Do freedom fighters kill tennis players for wearing short pants?

My husband and I got a Sears and Roebuck charge account. We made payments for a long time then hit a long line of financial unrest. I have not paid on this account in a VERY long time.(The debt is from 2000) I just had a creditor call and tell me that a lein can be put on my house for failure to pay or wage garnishment. In the past we considered filing bankruptcy but the attorney encouraged us not to because in texas they can only harass you about the debt, they can not legally do anything about it. Has the law changed in the last few years?

He is unemplored yet he has gone on trips and recently purchised a large tv, so i know he may of gotten some money from the estate of our mother who passed away 3 years ago with out telling me.

my mother is giving her ex husband insurance he is on probation because of some dui's and is only suposed to drive to and from work. well he was partying and driving and maybee drinking when he wasn't supossed to and was involved in a hit and run didn't say a word. she found out about it threw a letter from the police saying she had to appear in court, she didn't and her ex tells her to take the fall what can she do? i know she's in big trouble her laywer told her expect to be arrested for falling to appear she could be arrested at any time what can she do?

There are many religions in this country that belive many different things. For example, some religions believe homosexuality to be alright, but the government says it isn't because the law makers belong to a religion that believes it to be wrong so they say they can't get married. i know this question will get a lot of ignorant answers from ignorant people so please if your ignorant please don't answer and clog up this question.

im a 16/m. When I was 14, I was caught and arrested with prescription pills at SCHOOL. I was charged with possession of a schedule 2 drug, with intent to sell. I was in juvi for one day and on house arrest for 3 months. The toxicology came back ok, and the pills werent what the law thought they were. The judge demolished my case. And it went as though I didn't do anything. I was looking at 5 years in prison. But I got off scot free. No probation. No drug testing . nothing. If I got into more legal trouble. Could they bring my case back up since the judge already demolished it?

We would like to know the law concerning this. We are planning an add campaign in our surrounding community. We want to send out brochures or flyer's and offer 1% of the selling price to anyone other than real estate agents who finds us a buyer or who buys without an agent.

Attorneys seeking to overturn a provision of the new law banning convicted sex offenders from living within 1,000 feet of a school bus stop argued that it’s virtually impossible for sex offenders to live anywhere in Georgia that doesn’t violate the law. Witnesses at the hearing testified that sex offenders could no longer reside in DeKalb County, and in much of the rest of the state, where there may be as many as 350,000 school bus stops, the attorneys said.

I wanted to find out if the Judge grants a Dismiss to a charge does that mean the person is guilty? Will it show on your record? Do you have to mention this to employers? There was no conviction.

I work at a supermarket and im am 18 yrs old, the first week i worked there i didnt get paid because the said they didnt have all my "info" so they said if i ever quit or dont work for a couple weeks that it would catch up with me and i would get it.. i asked off for a month and campe back expecting 2 checks one for the last week i worked and the other from the first week i worked and i only got one.. and now they say i cant have it unless i have all my check stubs and prove that i didnt get it.. so now im out like 250$ what can i do

My Son went to see if he could get a car financed at a local Chevy dealer, they told him he could get, just needs my signature and info to insure the car. When he brings me the paperwork, it was for a loan. he said the saleman told him they were out of the forms, and for me to use the one he provided. Even after I told him it was a credit app, and that all they need to do was call the insurance company anddon't need my signature, my son was convinced by what the guy told him. I think the salesperson misled my son and should be reported for this. How and where do I report this to in NY?
