If someone was hacking a member of my family to
death, I would probably do anything to that person even
murder (which I'm opposed to). Kill or be killed.
Abortion is killing of the innocent
Capital Punishment is killing the guilty

Kill who? It would depend on the circumstances. I'm not beating an old lady or kid to death. It was someone evil then maybe.
