yes, you should it doesnt matter if she shares it with you or not.my parents have been in prison so much i live with my grandma now but you should turn her in.the fact that shes your mom makes no diffrence.

I wouldn't, because she's your mother and I guess banks can do without the money anyway!!!
Although, if she caused harm to anyone (i.e. shot someone) then obviously I would do as causing harm to innocent people is different to stealing money something that is only materialistic and at the end of the day pieces of paper....

Chances are that if this or any woman turns becomes a mother it is likely that they are vicous bastards aswell(just look at how many things she can carry in bags at once or how many meals she can cook for different people at once!)...so i wouldnt if i were you!
