It's definitely an alcoholic beverage. So anywhere that public drinking is banned, wine coolers are also banned.

Depends on local laws. Some areas prohibt opener container but many do not. Wine cooler is the same as a beer or glass of wine or mixed drink. If illegal to have open container, wine cooler falls into that category.

Wine coolers contain alcohol, and no distinction is made in the law between whiskey and wine cooler. Alcohol is alcohol.....If you drink enough wine coolers you'll be just as drunk and disorderly as if you had downed a bottle of hard stuff.

No you will still get arrested or given a ticket any beverage that contains alcohol is not allowed in public.

I many times do no longer drink, yet: it is wine Coolers, complicated liquor and mixed beverages in that order. so a techniques as i will tell, some wine coolers are only too very comparable to "delicate beverages with alcohol" in specific situations.... yet in spite of the shown fact that I admit i'm strange. ^__^ i've got been generally happening to easily drink affordable vodka with ice cubes and be happy....

Nobody is going to care that you are drinking in public unless you are making a fool of yourself. So behave and you can drink whatever you want. Wine coolers aren't hard alcohol so you won't get too crazy.

They are alcohol, but they don't get drunk, the people who drink them do. They don't have as much alcohol as many other drinks, but if there is somewhere that you can't drink alcohol (such as a public road or park) then you can't drink wine coolers.

Wine coolers can be drank in public as long as you don't get caught! Wine coolers have alcohol in them so anywhere you are not aloud to have alcohol, you can't have wine coolers

Wine is an alcoholic drink, and you cant get drunk off of anything besides alcohol so ya... it probably is considered an ALCOHOLIC drink.

anything with alcohol is illegal in public but not a big deal b/c its not somthing you will get drunk off of fast
