I have a neighbor that always calls the cops on me when I make the smallest bit of noise, she has called them 6 times this month alone, she has lied and said she smelled drugs babies crying and bumping and banging on the walls, I am very annoyed at this women, I can't talk to here because she does not like me she does not even know me,but she looks slow in the brain but still that is not reason for her to harass me, does anyone have any advice?

my great- nephew ashton(3 yrs old) has (had!) a beautiful boxer named lennox and he has been dognapped by a so called friend.
ashton's family was in the process of moving into another house but due to circumstances beyond their control would not be able to move in for 2 months. so a friend volunteered to be the foster parents until they were settled.well now time has come to pick lennox up and she won't return calls, answer the door etc. lennox is 4yrs old full blooded boxer with papers which the family does have. the local county office says they'll have to sue. doesn't sound right to me surely they are other ways without starting a battle with this woman. any ideas other than the obvious kick some tail.

I asked him to take my are to his house because the fiance company threaten to repo my car. i was paying them current the following week. He agreed and in the interim he wreck it ( minor damages). I filed my insurance and he refuses the pay the deducatable. I am furious because 1. He didnt tell me when he brought my car back to me, I found it later that day. 2. He says he was doing me a favor and he isnt responsible. I had to pay the deducatable myself. Should I sue and is it worth it.

It was about 9 pm and I was looking for my cat just up the road. I got to the side of the road as a car was coming up and they slowed down a little and threw something at my breast and it hit. I stood stunned and they yelled **** you and drove off. I stared at their tail lights and then screamed back and chased after the car. They drove by again and screamed **** you at me again. I wanted to mace them and tear their lungs out of their mouths by going down their throats and then I started having a panic attack after all of that adrenaline. I want to look for the car in my neighborhood tomorrow in the daylight and find out who did it and call the police. What is wrong with this picture? I have PTSD already but I want to kill them. I'm so angry and I can't sleep. Aarrrggg!

It seems to me the Congressional Black Caucus operates within a publicly funded institution and publicly endorses racist policies (advancing the well-being of people based on skin color at the expense of others) and yet is not challenged by the Fourteenth Amendment. What gives? Is this not the 21st century?

how come the jews can terrorize a whole nation and not be put in hot water for their acts. Many nations in europe are condemning these attacks. The prisoners were taken as POW, but the jews are not responding in such ways as u respond to these situations. Instead theve killed many innocent people and yet nothing is being done yet. JEWSSSS

OK FIRST OFF LET ME JUST TELL YOU THAT I HATE, AND I MEAN HATE THIS "N" WORD. IT IS PROBABLY MY LEAST FAVORITE WORD. YES I AM A WHITE DUDE AND SERIOUSLY 90% OF MY FRIENDS ARE BLACK.

IT JUST BOTHERS ME HOW IF A BLACK DUDE CALLS ANOTHER BLACK DUDE THE "N" WORD ITS ALL GOOD, BUT IF A WHITE DUDE TURNED AND SAID IT TO A BLACK DUDE THEY WOULD WANT TO BEAT HIS ***. JUST MAKES NO SENSE TO ME.

I've told her that I'm not interested in getting back together with her. She keeps calling me on my work phone, and I've told her not to because I am very busy. She still calls and tries to keep me on the phone as long as possible. I'll tell her I have to go and she just keeps on talking as if I didn't say it. Then I just hang up on her and she calls back. I have looked online to see if I can get a restraining order, but it seems that you have to be threatened or, at the very least, feel threatened.
