It has been said that soldiers in Iraq are much safer than fetuses in American wombs. Can't argue with the numbers.

Only if the mother claims that it's her body and considers war a safe way to end her child's life. It's her decision to send the kid to war, right?

Yes. We humans do a lot of things because of biology. Killing off surplus males is one of them. We don't think of it that way, but thats the biological process. Its why young men need to really evaluate carefully before joining the military. Are they responding to a biological imperative to kill off surplus males, or is there actually a real need for their military service?
