I found a folder with child pornography on my cousin's computer; he's 13, and the pictures look like they're his age, but it's still child porn. It's his personal computer and he has a password that he only lets me and his friends know, so it has to be his. I'll probably tell his mom so he can get some therapy, but I want to know if it's illegal. What's the law on children viewing child porn?

If a woman wants an abortion that's fine. If a pregnant woman gets into a car accident and loses the child it's vehicular manslaughter. If that's the case shouldn't an abortion doctor be tried for premeditated murder and the mother charged as an accesory to murder?

I am so angry I could spit nails...our fine president is about to veto a bill that would finally open the door to embryonic stem cell research. This would lead to advances in research involving so many diseases that kill millions of people every year. Opponents of this research argue that human embryos are destroyed in this process, yet these are the same embryos that are simply thrown away; leftovers from fertility clinics that will never be used. So instead of the destruction of the embryos, we have the descruction of those, plus the destruction of all the people whose lives could be saved. How rediculous! Can someone tell me who would be the person to e-mail or otherwise contact to protest this latest lack of insight displayed by our president? Would it be my senator? How do I get an e-mail address for him? I live in Pennsylvania.

Wasn't it to gain freedom from unjust laws and taxes? If so why is it that we now have so many laws on several levels. Federal,state,county,city,and town laws?In which we as citizens are supposed to know every one of them as they say ignorance to law is no excuse. And everything we do is taxed? Clothes, property, school, food ,gas ect.

Is it reasonable for the owner to ask me to pay the amount he spent by the time he bought it? The price was ridiculously high. The camera is deeply devaluated. I can buy something twice as good in quality with less than half the price.

They seem to be on a hiatus. Israel is literally destroying Lebanon. A lot of civilians are dying and nobody is saying anything. Why is it that nobody is condemning Israel for what they're doing to Lebanon? Where's the justice? Please give your educated answers.

my fiancee, a new zealand citizenship, vows to go marriage with me if i come with my daughter to Auckland in September. currently, after a journey in China with her, she pulls pack her promise! in order to go and live with her, i've donated most of my daily necessaries to the charity of my community and abdicated my job in Shanghai. i also spent my savings to buy stuffs that she thought necessary in Auckland, pay fees on passport, visa etc for my daughter and i... i think what she did is a shame to my daughter and i and, is against the partnership morality. i hope to find a way out for i'm in a deep sorrow... tnx.

Women talk about sexual harrasment all the time, and how men make advances on them.
Ladies, I got to tell you all now, you bring it on yourselves, you know it. Just when you don't like the looks of a guy that is staring at you, you cry wolf, and then you sue him for harrasment?

i went too fast around a curve and slid sideways for around 400 feet. i hit a mailbox and a stop sign. I am soooo scared because i dont want to loose my license .I am a good driver, i was just being stupid and made a bad choice to speed. I am soooooo worried about this because im in like every extra curricular thing our school has and i have to be able to drive! I cant find what my possibly penalty will be anywhere. My court date is tommorrow. Im sooo worried. Somebody please tell me what the maximum penalty in mo is or give me a link. There were no other offenses, just C&I. HELP?! THANKS

Ok this is the picture i'm a 7% (minimal)share holder in a private ltd company. The company was formed by a foreigner and 2 locals. The foreigner abscounded and leavingthe locals in lurch. The local authorities are after the local directors for payment towards statory bodies as per local requirment. The authorities are wanting me to pay the whole amount which if i dont pay up they will take from my employees provident fund? How do i defend myself?

I don't want anyone coming to my door, trying to sell or teach me anything. I always thought that "no soliciting" would be the correct wordage, but I wanted to make sure, because I just looked up the word on dictionary.com & it has definitions pertaining to people trying to solicit sex & trying to persuade people for evil (or something to that context). Or is there another word I should use, to let people know to not knock @ my door, if they're trying to sell me something or preach to me about something? I don't like unexpected visitors & I've been getting a lot of them lately, knocking @ my door. I just haven't been answering it. I'd rather keep them from knocking to begin with. Thanks!

I am a minor, and I was recently caught under the influence of mushrooms in a public place. I was with two other guys, 'Jake' and 'John'. John was holding whatever small amount of mushrooms we had left(approx. 2 small stems and 1 small cap) in his pocket. However, I had payed for the remainder of the mushrooms that John was holding. John and Jake had already payed for and ate their portion. I was also holding a small nug of pot(appx .5gram). I have had no prior convictions, however three years ago I was expelled from school for pot, but no charges were made. I am not sure if this is on my record or not. We weren't arrested.

My question is what legal reprocussions am I potentialy facing based upon these circumstances? Even though John was holding the mushrooms for me, am I going to be charged with possession because I bought the confiscated amount?

What do you reccomend I do in order to prepare myself for the trial?

Please dont tell me to stop drugs,I just need legal advice.

Most pro-abortion arguments focus on instances of rape, incest, potential for maternal injury, etc. The thing is, this only applies to a small percentage of cases. So here's my question - should completely arbitrary abortion be legal? (meaning that the child was conceived during consentual sex, no birth control mechanism failed, and the child is not a threat to the mother's life, although it may be a financial or emotional burden)
