Murdering innocent civilians is murder, regardless who does it or how it is done.
Calling victims "collateral damage" does not alter the fact they were murdered.
The US & Israel are the two most violently terroristic organizations on the planet.

It's called collateral damage. Too bad Lebanon didn't get rid of the terrorists in the south on their own.

"i presumed the structure suggested that there isn't any rules made which have something to do with faith?" you're incorrect on your theory. The structure holds that congress shall make no regulation prohibiting the free expression of religion, and forestalls the authorities from making rules favoring a particular faith. As easily one of the different respondants suggested, what receives revealed on money isn't something proscribed by skill of regulation, and therefore does not violate the structure. And, easily, it may arguably be suggested that expunging all references to God from something interior the time-honored public sphere may easily be violating the first modification. by skill of forcing the authorities to effectively deny the prospect of God's life, it will be installation a nationwide faith (atheism).

The terrorist are such cowards that they always hide behind innocent people. Israelis are targeting the terrorist and their assets but sometimes the human shields are going to get hit.
But, you seem to ignore the fact that Hezbollah is actually targeting civilians when they shoot missiles at Israel.

It's not collateral damage when you know you are bombing a residential buliding with civilians in it. Collateral damage is a form of rationalization in such cases.

Of course not. There will always be collateral damage when using missiles or bombs. It's unavoidable when bombing in populated areas.

No they dont. They destroy civilian infrastructure like power plants and bridges. Surely these have nothing to do with terrorists.
